StartOut wanted to engage its membership on its social media platforms and generate content that demonstrated the vibrancy and diversity of LGBT entrepreneurs. To accomplish these goals Swoop designed and launched a video contest that resulted in 14 video submissions, a significant increase in reach and engagement, and a story in an international LGBT publication.
StartOut is a national non-profit that promotes equality and combats discrimination in the business world through economic empowerment and is dedicated to creating great business leaders by fostering LGBT entrepreneurship.
In addition to providing strategic services for social engagement, we built a contest landing page that housed the guidelines and video examples and embedded the YouTube playlist stream to share submissions.
